VšĮ „Ekspolinės“ is an operator of the online platform www.gidupaslaugos.lt, which provides information services for finding and booking travel, excursion and entertainment services provided by guides and travel companies. The Operator is not directly involved in organization of the services hosted on the platform, limiting itself to providing information about the service providers to service users in any country of the world.
Instructions for use of the website www.gidupaslaugos.lt for guides and organizers of educational programs:
- Hosting a partner’s profile with an unlimited number of author’s tours on the website (and assistance in creating a profile) – free of charge;
- Creation of visual content and translation services for translating the text of the tour into different languages on the website – for a certain additional fee
- Form of cooperation – commission for the given order;
- The main requirement for partners – accreditation to provide services.
Our partners are professionals in their field. The services provided to tourists are of the highest quality and are our priority!
For tourists:
Make a request for Your chosen tour (and, if necessary, other tourist services) and we will contact you as soon as possible
Wait for the request to be approved.
If for some reason your chosen guide is unable to confirm your booking, we will offer you an equivalent alternative.
The price provided on the website is for one person – this price is for one person participating in a group tour. When booking an individual tour or service package, the price is negotiated separately. The program of each tour indicates the location of the meeting with the guide of this tour. The meeting place can be your hotel or another address or landmark in the city.
During an individual tour, you can discuss route changes with a guide within the specified price or at an additional cost. Entrance tickets are not included in the tour price and are paid separately (entrance ticket prices may vary). The description of each tour indicates what is included in the price and what is paid extra.
To cancel the order and return the prepayment, write us an e-mail (or call), indicating the number of the order. If the booking has been prepaid and canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the tour payment will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the tour the payment is non-refundable. If you have any problems booking tours, please contact us by e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible!
As the Operator sells services or sets of services provided by other people (Service Providers), the Operator does not determine the terms and conditions of the services provided by the Service Providers, the time of service and any other criteria describing such services and is not responsible for the quality and content of such services, but in all cases may, at its discretion, mediate in resolving a dispute or disagreement that has arisen between the Service Provider and the Customer regarding the provision of the purchased service.
