During the tour „The Life of Tiškevičiai from Užutrakis“ You will hear about the life of the owners of Užutrakis Manor Jadvyga and Juozapas Tiškevičiai.
The owners invited Édouard François André, one of the best landscape architects of that time, who created a water reflection park on the peninsula between Galvė and Skaitis lakes with a wonderful panorama of the romantic ruins of Trakai Castle. Then we will travel through English and French style parks, get acquainted with the principles of their creation.
During the tour, at the request of the tourists, we visit the newly opened Cognitive Centre of Historical Parks, where we interactively are able to touch Édouard François André created parks in Lithuania and the World, as well as the history and legends of the Trakai region.
